Three FC Westchester players have been named to the U.S. Soccer Development Academy’s North East Conference Starting XI squad.  Selected were Chris Holihan (heading to Manhattan College in the fall); John Gallagher (heading to Penn State) and Damean Blackwood (heading to Mercer County CC).

Talent was distributed thorouhout the North East Conference with seven teams contributing players to the Starting XI from Met Oval (Brooklyn, NY), B/W Gottschee (Rego Park, NY), FC Westchester (Westchester County, NY), FC Greater Boston (Waban, MA), Seacoast United (Hampton, NH), Oakwood SC (Glastonbury, CT) and Albertson SC (Manhasset, NY).

Those honored were picked by the coaches in each conference, as well as by the national scouts who attended at least 10 or more of each teams 30 games during the regular season.
